The Maternity Center at Pascack Valley Medical Center is a beautifully designed, state-of-the-art facility that caters to new parents offering superior medical care, comfort and privacy. 

Becoming a new parent and the birth process can be an overwhelming time. Our dedicated and friendly staff proves new families with a nurturing environment to experience one of life’s most precious moments - the birth of their child.
The Maternity Center offers patient concierge, 7 am-6:45 pm room service and all private rooms at no extra cost for the comfort of our patients. Each private room features a private bathroom with shower and 36 inch flat screen televisions. 
The relaxing garden that sits in the middle of
the unit offers a calming, relaxing environment
for both parents to enjoy.
In the event that you or your newborn need specialized medical care, we have highly skilled and experienced specialists on-site to meet your needs. In addition, our Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists have extraordinary expertise and experience in caring for women with complicated pregnancies.

Pascack Valley Medical Center offers Ameda Elita hospital grade double electric breast pumps for rent. The pumps are available for $65 a month and the pump kits and accessories are $25.

General Information for Maternity Services Visitation

- For the protection of our mothers and newborns, visitors with signs and symptoms of illness should refrain from           visiting.
- Visiting hours are patient centered and open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, if the patient requests.
- Children under the age of 12 years are permitted on the mother baby unit, but must be accompanied by an adult         other than the patient. Children under the age of 12 years are not permitted in the labor and delivery unit.

Mother/Baby Visitation

- Only 1 visitor over the age of 18 years may stay in the mother's room overnight. The only exception to this is if the        father of the baby is under the age of 18 years.
- Other children of the patient under the age of 18 years are not permitted to stay overnight at the patient's bedside.
- Children under the age of 12 years will be accompanied by an adult other than the patient at all times while visiting.
