Does the hospital have all private rooms? Will that be an extra expense?

Our fully renovated and brand new private rooms are one of the many conveniences we are happy to offer our patients. In addition to it being a convenience and the standard for patient care, private rooms result in better sleep, privacy, lower infection rates and ultimately happier patients.

The private rooms offered at HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley are offered at no additional cost.  Because the hospital only offers private rooms, it will be covered by your insurance carrier, including Medicare.
